What you need to know before purchasing from our online store. We put a lot of care into creating and preparing our products, and we truly appreciate you supporting our small business.
Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all eBook and downloadable purchases are final. We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital product has been purchased.
If you have any trouble accessing your download, please reach out - we’re always happy to help make sure you receive what you purchased.
Physical Products
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at hello@alchemynaturalhealth.com.au with:

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will happily provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Storage & Handling
To ensure product quality and safety, items should be stored and handled according to the instructions provided. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
